How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: ShiningStarProductions.com does NOT offer refunds on any products purchased unless the product was defective or damaged as a result of Shining Star Productions and no exchange is possible.  Exchanges can be made on defective or damaged merchandise.
  • Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect, wrong color/size was sent, or any mistake made on the part of Shining Star Productions.

    Exchanges need to be received within the required time frame of 10 days from the date on the invoice. Anything after this time period will not be accepted for an exchange. You may exchange merchandise up to 10 Days. We do not take back other store’s merchandise. Please call customer service (877) 9-SPARKLE.
     
    All exchange items must be returned as: 
    • Unused and in the original condition
    • With the original tags attached
    • Without any kind of alteration done to it
    • Odor free and without any animal hair or lint on it
    Note:
    Please allow Approx. 30 days for an exchange or refund if product is defective.  Depending on when your billing cycle hits it may take 1 or 2 billing cycles for your refund to show up.  If you have any questions or concerns about your refund please call us. If you do not see your return after that time, please call us or email to make sure we received your return and there is not a problem (expired card or etc.). If you do not see your return on your credit card please call us, do not do a charge back. Once you do a charge back we cannot refund your card, which causes you a problem for you, not for us. If you do a charge back, we will ban you from our site for future purposes.

    We do try to make our exchange process as easy and care free as possible. However, if the item is not returned in good condition, we have the right to refuse any exchange or return.
     
    Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping item/items back to us, which is industry standard. Please use a shipment method that provides a tracking number, i.e. UPS, Fed X or United States Priority Mail or DHL with delivery confirmation. This stands as a safeguard for you, since you are responsible for the item, until we receive it. 
     
     
    Defective Merchandise:
    If you receive any defective merchandise, please call us within 5 business days and return the items with the original tags attached. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • I received the wrong product.
      If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

    When will my order ship?
      Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
